This project was started by getting this e-mail: "My name is Brandon Ilenstine, I'm a seattle artist and designer. Jared Nickerson of J3Concepts turned me on to you (I'm glad he did, your character design is insane), and thought your may be a good person to contact for a T-shirt project. I recently started a non profit organization to raise money for kids art programs in the Seattle area. The short version of the project is that I am hoping that local artists (you!) will donate a custom design for a T-shirt. I'm looking to get about 15 artists involved and have runs of the shirt limited to no more than 200. Not only will ALL proceeds go to children's art programs in the area, but you will be credited both on the shirt, on the website and be mentioned in all publicity (I am trying for lots of publicity). I plan on the T-shirts to be ready for spring 2011, so no hurry on the deadline. I just want this to be a fun project that will raise money for a good cause, and get local artists some press.
